Programs

Cohort programs, retreats, and circles.

Curated experiences for leaders, founders, and practitioners ready to do deeper work — alongside others on the same path.

Experiential workshops and immersive retreats.

Programs combine practitioner-led methodology with environments that make insight possible — equine work, time in nature, week-long international gatherings. The structure varies; the orientation toward real behavior change does not.

Each cohort is small enough for the relationships to matter. Most programs combine pre-work, the gathered experience itself, and a follow-on practice that makes the change stick.

Changemakers of Color

A cohort-based mastermind and peer-learning circle for leaders of color in the change-making space.

Peer cohorts on a deliberate cadence.

Coaching circles are small, peer-led groups — typically 4 to 6 weeks — built around connection, accountability, and clarifying what each member actually wants to be doing with their work and their life.

Audiences vary: leaders of color, financial-wellness seekers, values-aligned founders, queer professional cohorts. The format adapts to the audience; the underlying invitation — show up with others, do the work — stays the same.
